The 2004 China Cup Golf Championship took place at The Links at Carillon on Wednesday, September 22nd, 2004. At this year's outing, we were honored to be joined by special guests: Consul General of China(徐盡忠總領事) - Open Ceremony, 唐英副總領事、溫振才領事、徐盡康領事、樊嘵東領事、and 張良領事. Fellow committee members: Tak Ming Lee, See Wong, Peter Chan, Alan Chu, King Tse, Josephine Luk, Francis Yip, Dobby Yu, Wesley Ng, and Pian Yue participated and joined in on the festivities this year for some friendly competition.
Many great golfers were on the greens today and while everyone played their best, here are a few that stood out amongst the crowd. With the longest drive, we have James Chin and Ron Savan. Four people got the closest to the pin: Steve Tao, Diana Jay, Tony Kameda, and Michael Chen. Everyone put all their energy and efforts in their game and amidst the crowd three came up victorious. At third place was James Lau, second runner up is Walter Yeun and the first place winner of the 2004 annual China Cup Golfing event is Alan Evers. We appreciate everyone who came out to participate in this event and created many great memories together.
