Leon Lai is a man with many talents as he sings and plays a guitar at the same time!
Sunday, November 24th, 1996 was marked on many calendars as an exciting day for many people as it was the night of one the top four biggest singers’ concert from Hong Kong. At the UIC Pavilion, Leon Lai held a concert at 8:00 pm in the evening. The event was made possible by sponsors: GP Hair Studio, Athena Advertising, Bee Gee, Beauty Video, and Wings Travel and produced by New World Entertainment and Star Entertainment. Our coordinators and promoters: Eddie Lau, See Y. Wong, Eden Chan and Melanie Tam made the concert a night to remember by gathering and letting it be known to many of his fans of his presence in Chicago. Our Hong Kong Club board committee members: Minnie Moy, Ronnie Kaan, Joseph Lau, Apple Yu, Alvan Leung, Ivan Leung, Ken Leon, and Chris Huang also contributed to the success of this event.
